Refund Eligibility
Refunds can only be issued if the subscription has not been activated or used for technical reasons, and it is within the first 3 days of purchasing the subscription.
Subscription Exchanges
Subscriptions can only ever be exchanged for subscriptions of equal or lower value when you have made a mistake at the time of purchase and have not yet activated the service.
No Upgrades or Downgrades
Subscriptions cannot be upgraded or downgraded to other subscriptions of any value. If you need a different plan, you may wait for your current subscription to expire and then purchase the desired one.
Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues that we are unable to resolve, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. You are required to cooperate with our support team and follow all troubleshooting steps provided before a refund can be approved.
Downtime Compensation
Any downtime caused by game updates or maintenance is fully compensated to all subscribed users. You will not lose any subscription time due to updates on our end.
